Doggy Style: Introduction (I)


Hello lovies! It has been a while, but worry not because I be back, like umqolo! Today we will be talking all things doggy style. This is entry is the first of 3 posts on the sex position that has had the whole world crazed. For this entry, we will be looking at the benefits of doggy style. I will focus on only just 6 benefits, though this doesn't mean that there is only six benefits of the doggy style. But first, what is the doggy style? The doggy style is a sex position where the partner being penetrated is bent over on all fours, usually their hands and knees whilst the penetrating partner penetrates them from the back. There are multiple variations of the doggy style, but for now we will start with the benefits of the position. Let's get into it!

  1. G-spot stimulation: The number one benefit of the doggy style is the is the fact that G-spot stimulation happens a lot more naturally and easier. The G-spot is located on the upper wall of the vagina, lining the abdomen. When in the doggy style position, gravity pulls the penis or dildo down making direct contact with the G-spot. So when penetrating in this manner it is mostly stimulated than in other sex position. In this way the receiving partner is able to reach vaginal orgasms through the stimulation of the G-spot.

  2. Control of penetration: The doggy style position is ideal for the control of the depth of penetration, both by the penetrating and receiving partner. Whilst it is easier and less technical for the penetrating partner to control the depths of their strokes, it is all about positioning for the receiving partner. The trick is in the way the receiving partner arches their back, making penetration deeper or shallower. The other trick is in lowering your upper body, going from being on your hands, to forearms, chest or laying flat on your abdomen. The lower you go, the deeper penetration will be, reaching not only the G-spot but also the A-spot, which is a spot located near the cervix. The same applies when it comes to anal penetration and depth of penetration.

  3. Multi-stimulation: This sex position comes with a great variation in terms of how one can be stimulated whilst being penetrated. One can incorporate breast stimulation, clitoral stimulation and other forms of bodily stimulation from other erogenous zones. With breast stimulation, the penetrating partner can opt for cupping or massaging. Or to add a bit of a twist, you can opt for nipple clamps. Don't clamp them too tight, and as you reach orgasm release the clamps. The sensation of blood rushing to your nipples as you climax will intensify it that much more. For clitoral stimulation, both you and your partner can explore some sex toys. A vibrating cock ring, a vibrator or a wand. Alternatively, you can reach down and stimulate your clitoris whilst being penetrated. Lastly, you could switch it up by hair pulling, spanking, curving and so on. Don't be afraid to get wild with it and experiment a bit.

  4. Back pain relief: The doggy style is also a great way to relieve back pain, for both the receiver and the penetrating partner. Because there is no weight supporting or by the penetrating partner, the stiffness and lower back pain is reduced. For the receiving partner, the stretch is the hallmark, as it is in some ways similar to the yoga position, the "downward facing dog" . The other great thing is that, for even the abdomen can be supported by a pillow so that it is not as challenging as the actual yoga position.

  5. Comfortability: It is because of this comfortability that this sex position can also relieve back pain. Added to it is that one's body is supported and gravity is not greatly challenged, whether on hands and knees, forearms and knees, chest and knees, or in a lying position, the receiving partner's body is always supported and offered relief and comfort.
