A training routine for your vagina and rectum: Kegel exercises and the pussy grip

We've all heard of training and have seen people hit the gym, go for a jog or lift some weights, but the training that is the least popular is training of the pelvic floor muscles. These are the muscles that support your uterus, bladder, small intestines and the rectum. In order to locate these muscles first try by stopping urine mid stream, and when the urine completely stops you then have located your pelvic floor muscles. This works for both people with vaginas and penises. This type of training is referred to as Kegel exercises. Kegels exercises are easiest when done lying down, on one's back. Before I get into how to do the exercises, let me first outline a few benefits of doing Kegel exercises 1. It helps with incontinence, particularly urinary incontinence. Incontinence is loss of voluntary control. So those moments where you laughed or sneezed or got surprised and peed yourself a bit 2. Kegel exercises also help you during pregnancy. By exercising these muscles you're training yourself for labour. Your pelvic floor muscles get stronger and are better prepared for labour. 3. Kegel exercises help with sex drive for everyone! For people who have vaginas or are bottoms these muscles help that pussy grip or the anal grip. By mastering Kegel exercises, you can be able to do these grips in any way. 4. Kegels strength the pelvic floor muscles for more powerful orgasms and in people with penises it can help delay ejaculation. These are some of the many benefits of Kegel exercises. In order to help with your training you can get Kegel balls (also called love balls or Ben Wa balls).

These are designed to be inserted in the vagina. They can be inserted as individual balls or they can be inserted with an applicator. These balls are weighted balls, and can be kept in for several hours as you go about your day. These balls can cause little explosions of orgasms whilst inside. Another effective way to practice Kegel exercises is with a dildo or a vibrator for the vagina or a butt (anal) plug for the rectum. It is all up to what you prefer. Lying on your back with the dildo or vibrator inserted into the vagina with lube, lock it in only using your pelvic floor muscles. Make sure you are breathing steadily. You can lock for three seconds and let go, do ten to fifteen reps.

With the butt plug the same process applies but you will obviously insert the butt plug in your rectum.

These are exercises that you can do on a daily bases. Kegel exercises are easy and have a lot of benefits! Remember that you don't have to do Kegel exercises with toys, they are just for the added sensual pleasure and fun.
